From: Key West WWTP Key West, Florida Date: 4/15/2026 To: Jeremy Mendel FDDA Miami. I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Mr. Alex Rodriguez during his recent visit to Key West. Mr. Rodriguez arrived on-site and promptly began working on our lift station backup generator, which had been experiencing operational issues. His level of knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic was immediately evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem and successfully restored the generator to proper working condition. Prior to contacting your team, we had another individual assess the unit. After approximately eight hours of troubleshooting, they were unable to identify or resolve the issue. In contrast, Mr. Rodriguez efficiently determined that the root cause was largely due to the effects of our harsh salt air environment and clearly explained both the issue and the corrective actions he implemented. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Rodriguez was courteous, professional, and thorough in his communication. His ability to not only resolve the issue but also explain it in a clear and understandable manner was greatly appreciated. Please extend my appreciation

Jeremy Mendel. Thank you for you expertise. What really sets this location apart is its knowledge of diagnosing the problem while saving the customer money. Mechanics with decades of experience, not rookies just making a paycheck! The way Jeremy explains the diagnosis and remedy is unheard of. I’ve found a new home for my cascadia. Thank you so much.
